As part of these runs our drivers are responsible for collecting COD's, using keys to enter businesses that are not open that early and checking merchadise before delivery.  Signature also provides seven day a week catering deliveries for companies like Cafe Metro, Marcy Brownstein, Jason's Catering and Oui Cater. We often take their staff with us and when requested do the set up ourselves. When requested, Signature also returns to the event to  pick up catering personnel and supplies/equipment to be returned to their office.
